Wake up early

The best time to practice OBE and Lucid Dreams is early in the morning, when your mind is already rested after a few hours of sleep, and your body could still do with a few hours more.

Go to bed early. Set your alarm clock to wake you up after 5~6 hours. Get up and make sure you are fully awake before going back to bed. Then start practicing. You can set a timer to wake you up every 20 or 30 minutes to increase chances of dream recall.
