Dream recall
Memories of dreams are very slippery. They are so easily lost. Yet, to practice Lucid Dreaming and Astral Projection, it is imperative that we have a good dream recall. After all, what good is it if we have many Lucid Dreams but we don't recall any of them in the morning?
Keeping a dream diary is a must. When you wake up in the morning, make sure not to move nor think about what you're going to do in the day. Lay still and make sure to fix in your memory as much details as you can. Review several times in your mind all the dreams that you manage to remember before moving. When you do, get your diary straight away and write as much as time allows.
