Predisposition to OBE / LD abilities

Description

Some people seem to have an inborn predisposition to having OBEs. Some learn easily. Some, however hard they try, never seem to make much progress in their OBE/LD abilities.
Some OBEs are accidental, or the result of some pathology (e.g. trauma), but OBE can be consciously induced.

In short, there is a whole range of abilities and causes for OBEs.

I'd like to start documenting this. What factors can predispose some people to have more OBEs?
