A Four-step Mindfulness Practice

-a way of hadling their emotions

1. Notice what you are feeling.

2. Rather than rejecting it, cradle the feeling with love and mindfulness; embrace it with awareness.

3. Use discriminating awareness to reflect on what you are feeling.

4. Behave in an intentional and wise manner.
