Phase 1 Meditate or Do some rituals
*Prepare the partners to have a strong mind connection
*Quieten the minds
*Respect the sex
Phase 2 Have the physical connection (intercourse)
*Try to remain the mind connection
Phase 3 Try not to reach orgasm
*Try to build up the energy within the body and accumulates it
*Raise Kundalini in order to increase strength
*Awaken Kundalini in order to increase awareness
